PASA is a mobile application software (App) available on the App Store (App) which you have downloaded onto your mobile phone, cellphone or handheld device (Device).

It is understood that when you have submitted your information to PASA, you expressly guarantee the correctness of the data provided and expressly consent to the collection and processing of such information for whichever purpose it may serve under the agreement.

Ads Tracking

Permits the application to utilize your IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers)/IDFV(Identifier for Vendor) information to monitor and optimize your product experience throughout the loan application process, ultimately enhancing your loan experience.

Location

Authorizes the application to access your current location information to validate if your loan application falls within our service area.

Camera

Allow us to use the camera so you can take and share photos and videos.

Contact List

Accessing your contact information is solely for the purpose of allowing you to easily select an emergency contact from your list. Beyond this, we will not collect, store, or share any of your other contact information.

We will upload encrypted information to the server,the server address is https://atambuyanaltd.com. We will not trade this information to third parties. However, in order to provide you with services, we may share your information with trusted third parties for payment, identity verification and other services. If you do not agree to the above authorization, we will not be able to assess your credit, please exit the application.

5. Retain of the Data

We will delete your date, if we refuse to provide service to you further. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services to you, comply with our legal and statutory obligations or verify your information with a financial institution.

We are statutorily obligated to retain the data you provide us with in order to process transactions, ensure settlements, make refunds, identify fraud and in compliance with laws and regulatory guidelines applicable to us, our banking providers and card processors.

Therefore, even after closing your PASA account, we will retain certain Personal Information and transaction data to comply with these obligations. All Personal Information shall be destroyed by us where possible. This agreement can be updated by PASA online at any time. Once the updated agreement terms are announced, they will replace the original agreement terms without prior notice.
